This 5-part workshop series develops a personal toolkit for grounding and stability.  

Learn how to prevent the build-up of mental clutter that leads to the anguish of Anxiety.

Cultivate simple day-to-day yogic techniques, honed over 1000s of years of established practice.

In the grip of Anxiety, you may experience some or all of these symptoms:

  • Agitated mind
  • Emotional rollercoastering 
  • Palpitations
  • Hyper
  • Panic attacks
  • Constantly ‘on edge’
  • Tension, shakiness
  • Feeling overwhelmed
  • Sleeping difficulty
  • Poor concentration, decision-making
  • Nausea, diarrhoea
  • Reduced appetite
  • Feeling insecure
  • Excessive worry or uncertainty
  • Habitual rumination, exaggeration


Sessions are primarily practice-based and include discussion and theory. 

  • Applied yogic psychology for Anxiety symptoms (often called “Mindfulness”, and including specific Mental Awareness and Mental Focus techniques)
  • Embodied movement
  • Breath work for Anxiety
  • Sound therapy
  • No prior yogic experience necessary
