If I’m feeling out of sorts, throwing myself down on a grassy patch (preferably in the sun) has a profound effect.
My inner ear calibrates to the core of the Earth some 6371 kilometers away. I feel grounded. I feel like Mama Earth has my back. And that’s because she has. I feel like the Sun and all of Nature is generously working to get me back on track. (Advertorial spoiler… Yoga makes you more sensitive and aware to enjoy these deep, rejuvenating connections!)
Try it. I promise you’ll like it. But make sure you surrender yourself to that support. Just. Give. In.
