slow, mindful yoga & small group classes in St Kilda, Balaclava, Elwood, bayside

2019 Classes

The hour we spend together is precious time to be truly Present in a way that invites you to find perspective on what is happening in your Life.

The aim is to have you feel lifted, with a growing ability to sustain and stabilise yourself through the ups and downs. Over time, yoga teaches us how to respond to life more skilfully.”
