Student Programs

At some point, regular students of yoga seek to deepen their understanding and personal growth through daily, or more regular, personal practice. I create a personal (or therapeutic) yoga practice to reflect and sustain the direction in personal growth that you wish to make. Clasically, yoga was taught one-to-one to honour individual needs.

Session format

A personal program takes 3-4, one-hour sessions & may include:

  • breath work

  • various meditation practices

  • mindfulness techniques

  • yoga psychology & philosophy

  • movement

  • relaxation

  • sound therapy

  • lifestyle adjustments

  • Ayurvedic dosha assessment
