The aim is to have you feel lifted, with a growing ability to sustain and stabilise yourself through the ups and downs. Over time, yoga teaches us how to respond to life more skilfully.”

Style of yoga

  • Slow, reflective, contemplative.
  • Breath matched to movement (vinyasa).
  • Standing, seated, lying postures (10-12 vinyasa, 1hr).
  • Mindfulness, meditation, visualisation.
  • Relaxation.
  • Yoga philosophy – how to apply yoga to daily life.
  • Influences include: Krishnamacharya Yoga, Gita Yoga and more.

Small groups

Commitment: $21 per class.

Term-passes only (term lengths vary). Mid-term enrolment offered if places available. Sorry, no casual attendance. 

Pass conditions: Transferable (on approval). To be used within Term. No refunds.
